- SubmissionAuthors submit manuscripts, research papers or draft white papers via our official channel: Service@elsra.org. All submissions must include complete raw data, experimental records and basic author information.
- Initial ScreeningOur editorial team checks format completeness, content relevance and basic compliance within 3 working days. Unqualified submissions will be returned with revision comments.
- Blind Peer ReviewAll formal research publications adopt double-blind peer review. At least two independent experts from related academic fields will conduct anonymous evaluation on academic value, methodology, data validity and innovation.
- Revision & Final ApprovalAuthors revise manuscripts according to review comments. The editorial committee conducts final verification before official release.
- Publishing & ArchivingApproved works will be assigned a unique DOI, published on our platform and permanently archived.
3. Open Access Policy
- All ELSRA publications, white papers and research reports are Open Access (OA).
- Users may read, download, view and share full content for non-commercial academic and research purposes free of charge.
- Commercial reproduction, reprinting or secondary distribution without official written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Conflict of Interest (COI) Statement
- All authors, reviewers and editors must declare potential conflicts of interest before participation, including financial interests, institutional relations, cooperative projects and competitive relationships.
- Anyone with clear conflicts of interest will be recused from reviewing, editing or authoring relevant content.
- All declared COI records are filed and retained for public inquiry when required.
5. Ethical Approval Statement
- For all publications involving medical experiments, human subjects or biological samples, authors must provide valid ethical approval documents issued by qualified ethics committees.
- Research involving animal experiments shall strictly follow international animal welfare and laboratory management standards.
- Any work lacking complete ethical certification will not be accepted for review and publication.
