1. Scope of Advisory Services
Our advisory work focuses on life science research, academic policy, industry guidelines and research funding consultation.

2. Expert Selection & Qualification Criteria
All advisory panel members are selected following uniform, objective standards:
- Hold advanced academic degrees or recognized professional credentials in life sciences, biomedical research or related policy fields.
- Possess minimum 5 years of relevant working, research or consulting experience.
- Maintain a sound professional reputation with no record of academic misconduct or professional violations.
- Demonstrate professional independence and objective judgment.
- Commit to fully complying with our internal governance and disclosure rules.
3. Conflict of Interest (COI) Policy & Disclosure
3.1 Mandatory Disclosure
All advisors, reviewers and participating experts must submit a full conflict of interest statement prior to joining any advisory project. Disclosures include but are not limited to:
- Financial ties: employment, paid consulting, grants, stock holdings and commercial partnerships related to the advisory topic.
- Institutional affiliations, collaborative projects and competitive relationships.
- Personal interests that may affect objective judgment.
3.2 COI Management
- Any expert with substantial conflicts of interest will be recused from the relevant advisory work immediately.
- All COI records are documented, stored and available for internal review.
- Annual re-disclosure is required for all panel members to update potential new conflicts.
4. Standard Advisory & Review Process
The full cycle takes 14 to 30 working days from request receipt to final advisory output:
- Request IntakeReceive advisory requests and sort topics by category. Confirm requirements and scope with the applicant.
- Expert AssignmentAssign eligible experts after COI verification; exclude personnel with relevant conflicts.
- Draft DevelopmentExperts conduct research and compile preliminary advisory opinions based on scientific evidence and public policies.
- Peer ReviewAt least two independent panel members conduct cross-review to verify accuracy, rationality and objectivity. Revisions are made per review feedback.
- Final Approval & ReleaseThe advisory committee conducts final review before issuing the formal advisory report or opinion.
5. Record Retention
- All application forms, expert lists, COI documents, draft versions, review comments and final advisory outputs are systematically archived.
- Relevant records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for traceability and audit purposes.
6. Disclaimer
- All advisory content is formulated based on publicly available scientific data, mainstream academic consensus and current policies at the time of production.
